Even a blind pig can find an ACORN once in a while.

The McCain/Palin ticket is trying to tag Obama/Biden with the ACORN scandal. What a truly non issue that is.

ACORN of course is the non partisan group that has registered thousands of voters. Some, OK, many, registrations in some areas have been in the names of dead people, names of businesses and even the Dallas Cowboys football players. Who know why or how that happened. The best explanation is probably some minimum wage worker that tried to make a quota.

Why is it a non issue. Because the law requires that anyone showing up to vote must show an identification. This is of course not full proof but a sure way to catch the truly off the wall registrations.

Why is the Obama campaign even discussed. Because ACORN endorsed Obama and received $800,000 in contributions to support the registration effort.

You can put lipstick on a pig and have her find an ACORN. It still means nothing.
