Hi, Everyone this my first post on this forum, so I wanted to take a second and reflect on our current economic state.
I feel at this point that the president strongly believes that spending more money right now will put us in a better position to compete in the future marketplace.
Palin keeps repeating the refrain, that she has not and will not take earmarks and will say no to the offer to waste taxpayers' money on her state or any other.
Together with her new, old, friend, McCain, she will save millions if not billions of dollars by stopping the politics of old and ushering a new era into Washington.
OK. Stop reading the tele prompters. You took millions in earmarks. You hired high powered lobbysts to get earmarks. You spent the earmarks.
(OK. You bought your own lipstick. )

In gambling it's called a "stacked deck" when the cards in a poker game have been pre-arrainged so that particular people win and particular people don't have a chance.
Why are we so surprised that the City Of Austin runs its nick nack store like any other governmental business...at a loss...with tax payer money...and with unethical and possibly illegal contracts.
Why is it not already shut down???
Prediction...the city council and the mayor will hire a consultant to study the issue at our expense and report the obvious...SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!
Question to you from New York: what makes every one of your recent mayors think they are qualified to be President of the United States??
